In line with our strategic global expansion, we are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic International HR Manager | Recruiter to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to our diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute comprehensive international recruitment strategies tailored to the agriculture sector, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
• Develop and implement onboarding processes that accommodate diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring a seamless integration experience for new team members.
• Establish HR practices compliant with local labor laws in various markets, with a particular focus on Turkey and Kazakhstan, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner, providing guidance on HR matters, employee relations, and performance management across our global locations.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in communication and HR practices.
• Spearhead initiatives fostering a positive remote work culture and implement tools to enhance engagement among geographically dispersed teams.
• Be prepared for occasional travel to Russia, UAE, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Tanzania, and other international locations for recruitment, onboarding, and HRBP activities.
• Leverage HRIS and other technological tools to streamline HR processes, enhance communication, and ensure efficient collaboration across global locations.
• Manage employee relations matters and conflict resolution effectively, considering the multicultural nature of our workforce.

Qualifications and Ideal Candidate:

• Proven international recruitment experience, demonstrating success in sourcing top-tier talent. Experience in the agriculture, food&beverages sectors would be an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to get involved into an HR Business Partner tasks, while being supported by HRD of the company
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting HR metrics and navigating through complex unstructured environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage tasks from inception to completion.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, Economics, Management or a related field
• Understanding of local labor laws and HR practices in any of the regions of our presence would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a periodic basis.
